Small group Personal Training
This service is very similar to 1-1 coaching, except you are in a group of 6-8 people.
In these sessions we are working on fundamental movements to aid posture and mobility with the aim of making everyday movements that much easier.

Those who wish to lose weight and have the extra support from a group.
Like minded individuals in your environment and peer group can hugely effect your performance and can be a big asset to your success.
Reduced cost compared to 1-1 coaching.
8 week BOOT CAMP
This service is an intense 8 week course offered a few times throughout the year, where you will learn the habits, tools and tips you’ll need to make your weight loss a success.
You’ll do this in a group of 6-8 other like minded individuals.
What are the benefits of this service?
You can join 2 SGPT and 2 circuit sessions a week with unlimited gym access.
Education on what you need to make your weight loss a success.
Support during the sessions, and outside of them, from us and your peers.
A strong community and a great kick start to your fitness journey.
Lower cost than the 1-1 and small group pt options.

Semi-Private membership gym *for coaching clients only.
This service is for those who are not typically gym confident or a fan of over crowded gyms.
You can book hourly sessions in the gym using an app. Each hourly session has maximum of 4 people. There are QR codes next to most pieces of equipment, which provide a playlist of videos on how to use the equipment effectively and safely. Workout worksheets are also provided so you don’t have think up a workout.
What are the benefits of this service?
Limits on numbers of members per hourly slot, creating a less crowded gym environment.
Videos and templates to help you understand common gym exercises and how to use equipment.
